Our Fall Softball Camp is a 3 day a week/ 3-week program dedicated to helping your athletes enhance their softball skills. We focus on building a strong foundation in the following key areas:
-HITTING: Learn proper batting stance, swing mechanics, timing to improve your hitting power and consistency.
-FIELDING: Develop crucial fielding techniques, including glove positioning, footwork and reaction time for both infield and outfield play.
-THROWING: Focus on proper throwing mechanics to increase accuracy and arm strength while preventing injuries.
-PITCHING (For older groups): Introduction to pitching techniques, including grip, stance, and delivery to build confidence and control on the mound.
-CATCHING: Enhance catching skills for different positions, focusing on proper glove work, stance and blocking techniques for catchers.
-TEAM PLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP: Emphasize the importance of teamwork, communication and sportsmanship on and off the field
